About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior HVAC Engineer to join our team in White Plains, NY. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of HVAC systems for a wide variety of building types, including commercial, institutional, healthcare, residential, and mixed-use developments. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and analysis of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and energy-efficient solutions tailored to specific project requirements.
- Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and layout designs for ductwork and piping.
- Develop detailed engineering drawings and specifications using AutoCAD or Revit.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Conduct site visits and field surveys to assess existing systems and oversee construction quality control.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and cost estimates for HVAC systems.
- Stay current on industry standards, codes, and best practices (e.g., ASHRAE, local building codes).
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers, fostering technical growth and development.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
- Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure project satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:
