The Senior Healthcare Planner will be responsible for:
- Participate in making planning and design concept decisions
- Coordinate with the team in producing PD and SD presentation drawings that reflect the clients expectations and our recommendations
- Mentor younger architects
- May participate in business development opportunities of the firm
The Senior Healthcare Planner should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- At least 15 years of experience
- Registered Architect in at least one U.S jurisdiction
- Critical thinking skills, adaptive, interpersonal, a strategic orientation
- Working knowledge of safety and building codes
- Understands fundamentals and knowledge of theoretical and practical developments in the field of healthcare
- Proficient in Revit and Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong graphic presentation skills
