Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering.
- At least 4 years of experience working within geotechnical engineering.
- Experience managing construction projects.
- Preferably P.E license.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing site investigations and managing drilling programs to collect soil and rock samples for laboratory testing.
- Analysing laboratory test results to evaluate soil and rock properties.
- Preparing technical reports that detail project findings and recommendations.
- Providing guidance throughout all stages of construction phases to ensure that geotechnical issues are addressed and resolved.
- Working collaboratively across teams that may include other engineers from different disciplines to ensure that geotechnical issues are considered in the design and construction of projects.
Additional Information:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Work with project managers to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
- Mentor junior staff to develop their technical and professional skills.
