Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our San Antonio team. The ideal candidate will have a Professional Engineer (PE) license and 5-10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering. This role involves signing and reviewing reports, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating on various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and sign geotechnical reports for commercial, industrial, and renewable energy projects.
- Mentor and train project engineers.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure timely and accurate report delivery.
- Support business development efforts by working with the team on sales and client interactions.
- Participate in project coordination and management.
Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 5-10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
- Strong technical skills and experience with geotechnical investigations and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and mentor junior staff.
- Experience with commercial, industrial, and renewable energy projects is a plus.
