Senior Geotechnical Project Engineer
Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Geotechnical Project Engineer to join our team. This individual will manage client interactions, staff training, and lead projects in areas such as foundation design, retaining walls, and other geotechnical aspects of construction. You will collaborate cross-functionally with industry leaders and have opportunities for career growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and geotechnical recommendations.
- Manage proposals, project coordination, client relationships, and billing.
- Mentor and coach staff; review technical work.
- Perform geotechnical analysis, support excavation designs, and fieldwork.
- Manage multiple projects within specific budgets and deadlines.
- Other duties as requested.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 10+ years of geotechnical experience.
- Knowledge of geotechnical investigations, construction inspections, and geotechnical software (e.g., gINT, PLAXIS, LPILE).
- Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Fieldwork experience required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
