Job Title: Senior Estimator

Salary: $130,000- $180,000 + Bonus(s)

Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects using HCSS (HeavyBid).
Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to develop comprehensive estimates.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and complete estimates.
Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
Identify potential risks and uncertainties in project estimates and develop mitigation strategies.
Maintain and update estimating databases and tools.
Experience Needed:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in estimating construction projects.
Proven expertise in using HCSS (HeavyBid) for preparing estimates.
Experience with a variety of construction projects, including commercial, residential, and infrastructure.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost factors.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Qualifications Needed:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in HCSS (HeavyBid) software.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
