Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical work, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of electricians and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety, addressing any issues promptly.
- Coordinate with other trades and project teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
- Manage the procurement and inventory of electrical materials and equipment.
- Ensure timely completion of electrical work within budget and project timelines.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and records of work performed.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on the job site.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Electrical Superintendent or similar role in large-scale construction projects.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., Master Electrician, OSHA certification) are a plus.
