Title: Senior Electrical Engineer

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in electrical engineering with a strong background in healthcare, higher education, industrial and K-12 projects.

Responsibilities
- Mentor, train, and support engineering and production staff.
- Coordinate staff workload and schedules for efficient utilization.
- Provide thought leadership on the development and management of the firm
- Assist with the development and implementation of engineering design standards.
- Ensure effective implementation of Project Management initiatives and active project management.
- Engage with staff to monitor project and individual work status, focusing on well-being, cost, schedule, resourcing, and risk management.
- Forecast staffing requirements and manage allocations based on workload and skill sets.
- Plan, organize, and supervise the work of engineers and designers on your team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- A minimum of 15 years in facility design, encompassing the creation of engineering plans and specifications, supporting clients throughout the bidding phase, and overseeing construction administration tasks
- Extensive background in healthcare facility design, with a solid understanding of healthcare construction regulations and standards (such as NFPA 99, NFPA 100, ASHRAE, etc.).
- Experience in designing and managing medium to large-scale complex renovation and new construction projects
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities, including strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficient presentation capabilities
