Title: Senior Development Manager
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000

Responsible for…
- Overseeing project schedules, ensuring milestones are completed on time and within budget
- Work on real estate, title, and lease agreement processes
- Leading the permitting process on local, state, and federal levels
- Support community engagement through developing public relations plans
- Coordinate interconnection processes and negotiations for power off-take agreements
Qualifications…
- 3-5 years of experience in the renewable industry
- Experience in utility scale solar and battery storage projects
- Experience across the full life cycle of development including origination, real estate/title, permitting, interconnection, and pre-construction
- Experience in MISO, ERCOT, and SPP markets and relevant market knowledge
