Position Summary: The Office Lead will be responsible for overseeing the Miami office's operations, driving business development, and leading a team of engineers. This role offers a fast-track to a principal position for candidates with a substantial book of work and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the Miami office, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality project delivery.
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to grow the business, leveraging existing relationships and creating new opportunities.
- Project Oversight: Oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, including healthcare, residential, storage buildings, and design.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, with a focus on restoration, renovation, structural inspections, and design.

- Business Development: Strong business development skills, with a track record of growing a business and securing new projects.
- Technical Expertise: Deep technical knowledge in engineering, particularly in healthcare, residential, storage building projects, and design.
