Job Title: Senior Architect - Public Sector Projects

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and execution of public and fedeal sector projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in institutional and government architecture, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, budgets, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of government and institutional projects from concept through completion.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to align project goals with functional and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, accessibility standards, and government regulations.
- Manage and mentor project teams, including junior architects and designers.
- Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress meetings to maintain quality control.
- Participate in business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.
- Stay informed on industry trends, sustainability practices, and emerging technologies in public sector architecture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture.
- Extensive experience with government, municipal, and institutional projects.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other architectural design software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, ADA guidelines, and public sector procurement processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
