Position Overview: As a Senior Acoustic Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex acoustic projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and project managers to design, analyze, and implement cutting-edge acoustic solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our projects and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage acoustic projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Provide technical expertise in acoustic design, noise control, and vibration analysis.
- Conduct advanced acoustic modeling and simulations using industry-standard software.
- Perform field measurements, data analysis, and reporting to assess acoustic performance and compliance.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective acoustic solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and fostering professional development within the team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to acoustics and noise control.
- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in acoustic engineering, with a focus on noise control, vibration analysis, and acoustic design. Prior and recent consulting experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in acoustic modeling software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex acoustic challenges.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
