Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced scheduling software to develop comprehensive project timelines.
- Analyze construction progress and identify potential delays.
- Implement strategies to minimize delays and optimize project efficiency.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Provide expert consultation on scheduling and delay mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in scheduling and delay analysis within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and address scheduling issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
