Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our international ship brokerage company. The ideal candidate will be a strong sales hunter with a deep understanding of the offshore wind industry. This role offers the flexibility to be based in either Taiwan or Europe, with relocation support available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the offshore wind industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the offshore wind or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the offshore wind market and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
