We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solar Sales Manager to join their team and lead their business development efforts in China.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar tracker and mounting system market. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, EPCs, and distributors.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand market share. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Client Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Provide technical and commercial support to clients throughout the sales process.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and project delivery. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the solar tracker or mounting system industry.
- Skills: Strong understanding of solar tracker and mounting system technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Language: Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.
- Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within China and occasionally internationally.
