Job Title: Sales Engineer - Automation & Controls

Reports To: Sales Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer with a strong technical background in automation and controls systems. The ideal candidate will drive business development, manage client relationships, and provide tailored solutions in industries such as manufacturing, water/wastewater, and energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in automation and controls systems.
- Solution Design: Work with clients to understand their needs and propose customized automation solutions.
- Sales Support: Provide technical expertise during the sales process, including presentations, proposals, and system recommendations.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or technical sales in automation and controls.
- Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, and other automation systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
