Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consulting and troubleshooting services for industrial wastewater and biogas systems, with a focus on Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) technology.
- Conduct comprehensive testing and analysis of wastewater systems to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective process improvements and optimization strategies.
- Deliver technical support and training to clients, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge to maintain and operate their systems efficiently.
- Manage and oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of wastewater treatment systems.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support during the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in industrial wastewater management, with a strong background in consulting and troubleshooting.
- Previous experience working with large-scale industrial facilities is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in roles such as Process Engineer, Operator, Application Engineer, Engineering Manager, Service Engineer, or Service Manager.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in service engineering or technical support roles.
- Familiarity with MBBR technology and biogas systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the Central Valley region.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Experience in the California region is highly desirable.
