Job Title: Roadway Team Lead

Job Summary: The Roadway Team Lead will oversee the day-to-day operations of the roadway team, ensuring the successful completion of projects and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role involves managing a team of engineers and technicians, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of engineers, technicians, and other personnel in the design and construction of roadway projects.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure project requirements are met.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation to clients and management.
- Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in roadway design and construction.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
