About the Role
As Regional Director, you will oversee strategic and operational initiatives for the Water/Wastewater Division, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and expansion of the firm's presence in Maryland. This leadership role combines technical expertise, team management, and client relationship-building to advance the firm's mission and growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the growth and development of the water/wastewater practice within the Maryland region.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring technical accuracy, budget control, and timely delivery.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for new work and partnerships.
- Lead and mentor staff, fostering professional development and a culture of collaboration.

Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or a related Engineering discipline (Master's preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Maryland or the ability to obtain one within six months.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in water/wastewater engineering, with a focus on municipal infrastructure.
- Proven leadership skills, including managing teams, projects, and client relationships.
- Strong understanding of Maryland-specific water/wastewater regulations and requirements.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
