We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Regional Manager specializing in Contaminated Land to join their team. This role, ideally based in Brisbane, offers an exciting opportunity to build and grow a discipline from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise: Provide expert technical guidance on contaminated land projects, ensuring high standards of assessment, remediation, and compliance.
- Business Development: Lead business development initiatives to secure new clients and projects. Leverage the firm's existing strong reputation and presence to identify opportunities and develop lasting client relationships.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to grow the contaminated land discipline within the region, aligning with the firm's overall objectives.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Client Engagement: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and technical expertise to meet their needs.

- Proven experience in contaminated land management, with strong technical skills in site assessment, remediation, and regulatory compliance.
