My client, a leading renewable energy company, seeks a strategic HR leader to oversee regional HR operations across Asia. This role focuses on optimizing processes, implementing standardized frameworks, and aligning HR strategies with business goals to support organizational growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering a high-performing, compliant, and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional HR strategy that supports long-term business objectives and growth across Asia.
- Identify and implement standardized HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and streamline work flows for solubility and consistency.
- Establish and monitor HR performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business goals. Implement performance management frameworks to drive employee engagement, productivity, and development.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across Asia. Manage regulatory risks by conducting audits and enforcing ethical HR policies.
- Develop and execute strategies to foster a collaborative workplace, build organizational culture, and improve employee retention. Utilize feedback mechanisms to identify and address areas for improvement.
- Design and manage a succession planning framework to build a pipeline of future leaders. Facilitate targeted development programs and leadership continuity for critical roles.
- Provide strategic HR guidance to the CEO and executive team, addressing workforce challenges, conflict resolution, and policy recommendations to support an inclusive and cohesive work environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 8 years of strategic HR experience with expertise in HR operations, performance management, and workforce planning across Asia.
- Proven track record of implementing scalable HR frameworks and managing KPIs aligned with business goals in fast-growing industries.
- Strong influencing and collaboration skills with the ability to engage leaders across diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations across Asian markets.
