Technology Group Lead - West Coast
We are looking for a Technology group lead to join our team and oversee the design and delivery of technology solutions for our clients on the west coast. You will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, designers, and technicians, as well as developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
As a Technology group lead, you will have the following qualifications and skills:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
- A Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification or equivalent
- At least 10 years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on low-voltage systems such as voice, data, audiovisual, security, and wireless
- A proven track record of leading and growing a team of technology professionals
- A network of architects or owners who give you work or refer you to potential clients
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel within the west coast region as needed
