Role Overview
They are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Engineer to join a dynamic team in Calgary. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property condition assessments and reserve fund studies, with extensive experience working with a variety of materials and building types.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed property condition assessments and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Perform reserve fund studies, including analysis and forecasting.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored engineering solutions.
- Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
- Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and best practices to ensure the highest quality of service.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of industry experience in engineering consulting or a related field.
- P.Eng license in Calgary is preferred
- Proven experience in property condition assessments and reserve fund studies.
- Extensive knowledge of various building materials and construction methods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
