We are seeking a dedicated Environmental Engineer to ensure the safety, quality, and sustainability of drinking water systems. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing water and wastewater treatment facilities, pipelines, and related infrastructure to protect public health and the environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review engineering designs for water and wastewater treatment systems.
- Conduct water quality analyses and modeling.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Contribute to technical knowledge sharing through reports and publications.
- Support proposal development and client engagement.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in CADD software, engineering principles, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel (approx. 10%).
