Role: Project Manager - Substation & Transmission
Location: Phoenix (Hybrid)
Overview:
This company is an employee-owned engineering and consulting firm and a leader in delivering innovative infrastructure solutions. With over a century of experience in sustainable energy and power systems, this company is seeking a Project Manager - Substation & Transmission to lead and oversee HV, MV, and LV projects (including overhead and underground transmission lines).
Responsibilities:
- Lead substation and transmission projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Manage RFP responses and prepare proposals for services work.
- Coordinate between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee procurement, conceptual design, and execution phases of substation projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 7+ years of experience on substation/transmission
- PE or EIT preferred
