Location: Redmond, OR
Salary: $120,000- $160,000 + Bonus(s)

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and help lead their complex civil construction projects.
Position Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of civil construction projects. This includes managing project schedules, budgets, and teams, while ensuring all work is performed according to safety regulations and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy civil construction and a passion for leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of civil construction projects, from pre-construction to project completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial targets.
- Oversee day-to-day operations on the project site, including managing subcontractors, vendors, and materials.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and government agencies, to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards, local codes, and regulations.
- Lead and mentor project team members, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Perform regular site inspections to monitor project progress, quality, and safety.
- Review and approve project submittals, change orders, and progress payments.
- Prepare and submit regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction project management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, utilities, and earthwork.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Oregon State Construction Manager Certification or PMP certification (preferred, but not required).
