Job Opportunity: Project Manager for Municipal

About the Role:
As a Civil Engineer with our firm, you will be responsible for managing multiple clients and projects, overseeing municipal engineering projects, and contributing to business development. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple clients and projects, including attending city council and commission meetings.
- Oversee internal project design, field staff, and external consultant partners.
- Develop design concepts, oversee plan preparation, and ensure project execution.
- Prepare technical reports, construction estimates, contract documents, and specifications.
- Administer the public bidding process on behalf of clients.
- Coordinate communication with multi-disciplinary teams, contractors, and clients.
- Support business development by attending industry functions and client meetings.
- Contribute to the development of civil-related projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure in good standing in Minnesota or North Dakota.
- 5-10+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering.
- Knowledge of NDOT or MnDOT requirements, State-Aid procedures, and funding programs such as USDA Rural Development and Public Facility Administration.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
