Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to define project requirements and objectives.
- Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and tracking project performance to ensure successful completion.
- Leading project meetings, preparing progress reports, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Mentoring and guiding project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification: Preferred or in the process of being obtained.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the engineering or construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
