About the Role:
We are seeking an Industrial Project Manager with experience in estimating to lead and oversee our development projects from conception to completion. You'll work directly with our in-house development and general contracting teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. ๐ง๐
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all phases of industrial construction projects, including pre-construction, execution, and closeout.
- Prepare and review cost estimates, bids, and project budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor schedules and performance to ensure timely project delivery.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead value engineering efforts.
- Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Estimator in construction (industrial experience preferred).
- Proven experience working with developers or contractors in a GC setting.
- Strong knowledge of construction cost estimating, scheduling, and project management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
