Role: Project Manager - Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage civil engineering projects related to land development, infrastructure, and site design.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with municipal agencies, developers, contractors, and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide technical oversight on grading, drainage, utilities, roadways, and stormwater management.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
- Manage client relationships and support business development efforts.
- Prepare and present engineering reports, plans, and proposals.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in civil engineering, land development, or infrastructure projects.
- PE license required
- Strong background in site design, grading, drainage, and utility coordination.
- Experience managing projects from design through construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and hydrology software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
