We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of electric transmission and distribution construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of electric transmission and distribution construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to address any issues or delays.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the electric transmission and distribution sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- PMP certification is a plus.
