They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join their foundations division. The successful candidate will oversee foundation work for transmission and substation projects, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This is an office based role in Rosedale Maryland and will require frequent job site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of foundation work for transmission and substation projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project goals are met.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in utility construction or a related industry.
- Proven experience managing foundation work for transmission and substation projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management software
