About the Role:
Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for roofing construction? This company is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead their roofing projects from inception to completion. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and rewarding projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of roofing construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction/roofing industry, with a focus on roofing projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- PMP certification is a plus.
