Position Summary:
As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the planning, design, and execution of construction projects. You will act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.
- Identify and resolve project challenges, risks, and delays proactively.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in environmental or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) are a plus.
