As a Project-Leading Architect specializing in datacenters, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, design, and execution of cutting-edge datacenter facilities across Germany. You will lead a team of architects and engineers, collaborating closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of datacenter projects, ensuring they meet industry standards, client requirements, and sustainability goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and consultants, to drive projects to successful completion.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Engage with clients to understand their specific needs, provide expert guidance, and maintain strong client relationships.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in datacenter technology and design trends.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and team members.
Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality control checks to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a focus on datacenter projects.
Strong knowledge of datacenter infrastructure, cooling systems, and power distribution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Familiarity with sustainability and energy efficiency standards in datacenter design is a plus.
Fluent in both German and English.
