Job Title: Project Director, EPC
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Director to lead and manage complex projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of handling large-scale projects. This role requires strategic, technical, operational, financial, and managerial leadership to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for project teams.
- Implement effective project controls to monitor performance.
- Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Manage change with clients and vendors to mitigate risks.
- Review contracts and manage sub-contract terms and conditions.
- Develop and maintain a risk register to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Regularly report on project performance to both customers and internal management.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations at project sites.
- Attend customer meetings and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Travel domestically and internationally as required.
Qualifications:
- Project management certification preferred.
- Ten or more years of experience in a leadership position managing multiple projects.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using project management software and MS Office products.
- Experience in construction management is an added advantage.
