Project Architect, Healthcare
Salary: $130,000
Company Summary: We are looking for an innovative and creative Project Architect to join our Healthcare team in our Orlando office. We are an award-winning architecture firm based in the U.S. and have been supporting clients since 1954 through innovative architecture, design, and planning. We are looking for someone with the ability to join a fast-growing, well-known firm while also being able to home in on their soft skills like planning, organization, mentoring, and more.
The Project Architect will be responsible for:
- Managing all phases of a client project while demonstrating a profound technical experience on similar projects
- Supervising small to large teams, delegating work responsibilities, and maintaining an open level of communication throughout the entire design process
- Attend daily client meetings and represent the organization as our client facing liaison
- Coordinate with respective Project Managers regularly to ensure project execution
- Showing a profound understanding of the required scope of work common within these types of projects
The Project Architect will be required to have:
- A Bachelors and/or Master's Degree in Architecture
- Registered Architect or close to full license
- 7+ years of experience in an architecture office as well as at least 3 years of experience in Healthcare
- Show profound ability to lead the entire design, construction, and documentation process
- Advanced skills/certification in Revit, Adobe Photoshop and Sketch Up
