An industry leading architecture firm is seeking a Project Architect with 5+ years of experience in the industry, tasked with overseeing and developing architectural documentation, as well as designing and delivering the project to market. Someone to grow and collaborate with the team to ensure the successful delivery of their services.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of projects, development/scoping, design, and construction and ensuring a comprehensive understanding of project requirements.
- Plans and coordinates
- Implementing the design concept in alignment with the overall project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Client and construction team engagement.
- Oversee construction administration activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Architectural license required.
- 5+ years in the architecture industry.
- Fluent in Revit.
