Base Salary: $165,000 - $195,000
Summary
A top 10 ENR Design Firm is seeking a Sr. Project Manager / Principal with an interest in residential land development and other site civil design (healthcare, military, hospitality, education, recreation). This role offers an opportunity to join one of the nation's best land development civil consultancies at the associate level with ownership day-one, and to develop your skillset in project management and higher level directing with the support of experienced leaders in San Diego land development.
Responsibilities
- All aspects of conceptual site plans, site design, roadway design, grading and drainage systems, stormwater pollution prevention plans, and engineering construction documents
- Develop project proposals, scopes, and budgets, and manage execution and tracking of projects
- Develop the local and regional client-base for the land development discipline
- Lead and manage engineering projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams
- Mentor and support junior engineers and technical staff
- Prepare and present technical reports and project documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or related)
- PE License in California
- 12+ years of relevant experience involving project management and business development
