Position Overview
Project Leadership
Spearhead and cultivate new and ongoing client partnerships.
Discover and engage new clientele.
Maintain effective communication channels with clients and team members.
Oversee regional team operations.
Identify and recruit key personnel for expansion.
Develop and execute growth strategies for clients.
Stay informed about local and national regulations and advise team and clients on emerging opportunities.
Manage and create budgets.
Prepare project cost proposals and other key deliverables.
Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Candidate Profile
Over 10 years of industry experience.
Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Professional licensing within the state is a plus.
Strong understanding of state and federal environmental regulations is essential.
Effective communication skills with peers, clients, and regulators.
Strong written, verbal, computer, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred knowledge of the consulting industry with an understanding of client geography and environmental consulting.
Experience in project management, business development, state and federal environmental regulations/agencies, and strong relationships with industrial and commercial clients.

Compensation
Salary for this position is based on years of experience, technical expertise, education, and geographic location, with a range of $145,000-$200,000.
