Your Role
As a Managing Consultant, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering innovative and sustainable site solutions to a diverse client base. Key Responsibilities
- Manage acoustical consulting projects and build lasting client relationships.
- Develop and execute project strategies to meet client needs.
- Lead teams to design and deliver innovative solutions to complex environmental noise challenges.
- Conduct technical analyses, including environmental noise surveys, sound level modeling (e.g., CadnaA, SoundPlan), and mitigation design.
- Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and fee estimates.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional and technical development.
- Review and interpret local, state, and federal environmental regulations to ensure compliance.

About You
We are seeking an experienced acoustical consultant with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools, noise modeling software, and related technical tools.
