Your Role
As a Managing Consultant, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering innovative and sustainable site solutions to a diverse client base. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead projects, manage client relationships, mentor junior team members, and contribute to cutting-edge acoustical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage acoustical consulting projects and build lasting client relationships.
- Develop and execute project strategies to meet client needs.
- Lead teams to design and deliver innovative solutions to complex environmental noise challenges.
- Conduct technical analyses, including environmental noise surveys, sound level modeling (e.g., CadnaA, SoundPlan), and mitigation design.
- Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and fee estimates.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional and technical development.
- Review and interpret local, state, and federal environmental regulations to ensure compliance.
