Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy civil and ground-up construction projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preconstruction phase for heavy civil and ground-up construction projects.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and estimates.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed project proposals and reports to clients and senior management.

- Coordinate with the construction team to ensure a smooth transition from preconstruction to construction phase.

Qualifications:
