We have a current opportunity for a Energy Portfolio Manager on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Hanau.
Responsibilities:
- As a portfolio manager (m/f/d) in the field of energy procurement, you will take responsibility for sustainable, predictable, risk-minimised and cost-effective energy procurement.
- To do this, you define the supply and generation portfolios for electricity, natural gas, district heating and hydrogen.
- Another focus of your work will be the development of green energy procurement strategies, in particular by means of power purchase agreements, and the further development of portfolio management with the integration of other methods to minimise risk.
- You will create price forecasts based on the portfolio structure and share them with our manufacturing units for their strategic decisions.
