They are currently looking for an Operations Manager to head up the Houston branch and take a lead on new and exciting projects across Greater Houston and further throughout Texas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all operational aspects of the geotechnical engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with project managers, field technicians, and laboratory staff to ensure timely execution and delivery of services.
- Optimize processes and workflows to enhance project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in geotechnical engineering, construction, or a related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering principles and industry standards.
