**North Carolina CEI/CM Regional Manager - Ready to Grow and Lead a Team Across North Carolina?**
LVI Associates is currently partnered with one of the leading firms in the Southeast/Mid-Atlantic regions and they are looking to bring on a CEI/CM Regional Manager to sit out of their Raleigh office overseeing all 14 districts in North Carolina.
This role will oversee the CEI team in NC and be an integral member of overall office management assisting in the planning and implementation of NC and regional growth management strategies. You will be managing and leading multiple NCDOT and local government CEI/CM projects. There will also be opportunities in business development, expansion to other Southeastern regions, and hiring new CEI talent, and managing the QA/QC program.
Qualifications:
-15+ years of CEI/Construction Management Experience (preferably in the roadway engineering discipline)
-Heavy NCDOT Experience
-Business Development/Client Services Management Experience
-Project Management Experience
-Experience Leading a Team
Preferred Qualifications:
-PE License
-CCM Certificate
-Construction Scheduling Experience using Primavera P6, MS Projects, and PSP certified
