With a strong presence in the ANZ region, they are looking for a dynamic National Sales Manager to drive market growth, build client relationships, and lead sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in Australia and New Zealand.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across municipal, industrial, and commercial water sectors.
- Expand relationships with key customers, engineering firms, utilities, and OEM partners.
- Market & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
- Work closely with product and technical teams to ensure the right membrane solutions meet customer challenges.
- Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage and mentor a growing sales team, setting clear targets and KPIs.
- Partner with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and market positioning.
- Liaise with regional and global leadership to align ANZ sales strategies with broader business goals.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical sales within water treatment, membranes, or filtration.
- Strong knowledge of UF, MF, RO, or MBR membrane technologies and their applications.
- Proven track record of sales success in the ANZ region.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with clients and industry stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Engineering, Science, or Business degree preferred.
