Job Description: Seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of data center projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate MEP installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
Develop and implement work schedules, identifying critical paths and expediting materials and equipment.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labor to ensure timely project completion.
Conduct quality control inspections and tests to verify proper functioning of MEP systems.
Lead and manage a team of MEP technicians and subcontractors, fostering a positive work environment.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MEP systems.
Ensure all MEP activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP construction, with a focus on data centers.
