Title: MEP Project Manager
Salary: $70,000 - $120,000
Summary: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Project Manager to join their team based in the beautiful city of Greenville, South Carolina. As one of the leading engineering firms in the industry with over 40 years' experience delivering top-notch services across various sectors including commercial and residential projects nationwide.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience
- PE license
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality work on time and under budget
- Proficient in Revit and /or AutoCAD is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the planning, execution, and conclusion of diverse consulting engineering projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion
- Utilizing appropriate communication tools to keep clients, firm management, and other stakeholders informed of project developments
- Collaborating extensively with firm management, discipline leadership, and staff to ensure the expected quality of project delivery
- Establishing and fortifying relationships with existing and potential clients, while addressing any concerns they might present
- Implementing and reinforcing the firm's quality assurance and control protocols to align with industry benchmarks and client expectations
- Generating detailed project reports that encompass milestones, financial overviews, and recommendations for future endeavors
- Monitoring projected billings based on project progress and approving monthly invoicing for applicable projects
- Preparing fee proposals, negotiating project fees and scope, and reviewing related contracts
- Collaborating with management to ensure proper staffing and projected manpower for applicable projects
