Job Title: MEP Project Director - Mission Critical

Role and Responsibilities:
Lead the establishment of a new mission critical space, ensuring operational excellence and innovation.
Build and develop a new team dedicated to data center projects.
Navigate opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset while leveraging the strong support of our established backbone.
Take charge of the first major project, setting the standard for future successes.
Strategically plan and execute mission critical initiatives over the next decade.
Aspire to grow into the role of Director of Mission Critical operations.
Bring in new projects within the first year.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior project management role, ideally having led major projects as #1 or #2 on the site.
Strong background in engineering is advantageous, but the key requirement is demonstrated expertise in top-tier project roles.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
Compensation:
Competitive salary range of $170,000 - $200,000.
