Job Title: Project Manager - Medical Equipment Planning
Salary: $140k - $160k
Location: Remote (USA)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage medical equipment planning projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and vendors to develop comprehensive equipment plans tailored to specific healthcare facility needs.
- Oversee the procurement process, including vendor selection, equipment purchasing, and installation scheduling.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Maintain project documentation, including budgets, timelines, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in medical equipment planning, preferably within a consultancy or healthcare system environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading project teams and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards related to medical equipment planning and procurement.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to project site.
